Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website only. MediSpire and CallSpire are separate products with their own privacy notices, published on their own sites.

What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and a message. Submitting sends this information to the system we use to receive enquiries, with Varlano identified as the source. If we cannot confirm receipt, the form keeps your details and shows an error. You can retry or select the email link to open a draft in your email app; sending that draft is a separate action. The form sets no cookies.

What your browser sends. Standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps — which our hosting provider records to serve the site and to detect abuse.

Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We set no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

To reply to you, to keep the site available and secure, and to meet legal obligations. Where the Act requires consent, sending us a message is that consent, given for the purpose of us responding. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train models.

Correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and then for as long as any legal or tax obligation requires. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider’s standard schedule. When a purpose ends and no obligation requires retention, the data is erased.

Our hosting, email and font providers, and the service that receives the contact form — each acting on our instructions and only to the extent needed to run the site and reply to you. We do not otherwise share personal data, and we do not sell it, except where disclosure is required by law.

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and how it has been processed;
• correct, complete, or update anything inaccurate;
• erase data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for;
• withdraw consent, which stops future processing that relied on it;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

Write to privacy@varlano.in and we will respond within the period the Act allows. If our answer does not resolve the matter, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18 through it.

The site is served over HTTPS. Correspondence is held in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.

Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date before they take effect.
